Christians are called to live in community. We know we need each other if we are going to run well to the finish line. Yet often social ineptitude keeps us from experiencing the rich relationships we crave and were created to experience. Insecurities, neediness, defensiveness, speculations, and resentments shatter relationships and feed fears, isolation, and loneliness. Ultimately, we need more than better techniques. We need gospel-fueled
security, humility, and courage.

Description: This breakout will explore 5 biblical rules of communication and challenge our hearts to live out Ephesians 4:29, “Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.” This interactive session will highlight scripture and introduce tools to help you grow in giving and receiving communication.
