Life Groups

At North Hills Church we want to be devoted to caring for one another. The primary way we care is through Life Groups.

Why

Why do we care?

The Bible is very clear that we are to “Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.” (Romans 12:10) Our job of taking care of each other is not passive; it is devotion.

How

How do we care?

We care by assisting each other with day-to-day physical needs. Whether it is a meal for a family with a newborn, helping another family move, or giving financially when someone is in need, a Life Group is there to care.

We care by holding each other accountable to God’s Word. We do not desire to “play church.” As we encounter God’s Word, we are being changed. A Life Group is there to encourage and assist with that change.

We care by recognizing that the Christian life is more than just providing for the needs of the Christian community. A Life Group can serve in the community where individuals need to see that Jesus is real!

When

When do we care?

Life Groups meet regularly on different days and at different times to care for as many people as possible. The groups vary in size. We hope to keep them small enough so that relationships are beyond superficial.

We invite you to join us in mutual care here at North Hills Church. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
