North Hills Church seeks a Director of Life Group Care and Men’s Ministry to join our ministry staff. This full-time role is designed for a pastorally minded leader who combines a heart for people and discipleship with strong organizational and administrative skills. The Director will support the health and effectiveness of our Life Group ministry, provide care and support for Life Group leaders, lead our Men’s Ministry, and help connect members with meaningful opportunities to serve.
