Centering on Hebrews 6:19 — “We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul…” — this message explores how a wholehearted, unwavering lean into Christ and the anchoring truth of the gospel provides stability in life’s most turbulent seasons. Just as an anchor secures a ship in stormy seas, Christ secures the soul amid mental, emotional, and spiritual upheaval.

Keynote Speaker

Holly Stratton is a student of the Word who praises God for filling her with the desire to know more of Christ and the power of his resurrection. She is a lover of people who has enjoyed diverse ministry and educational experiences. Holly has been married for forty-two years to Richard, the Executive Director of CCF— a foundation advancing Christian higher education. After homeschooling her two children and teaching college courses for twenty years, Holly left the classroom to focus her attention on speaking engagements, counseling, writing, and blogging at lifehurts.us. Supporting her husband through the years in his various roles as an accountant, professor, pastor, and college president has presented Holly with ongoing instruction in loving others well, training her by grace to lean hard into Christ and boast in the Cross alone.

The day will include various workshops and a time of pampering. Come be spoiled & let us serve you.
