Pathfinders
What is pathfinders?
The Pathfinders Program exists to identify, equip, and
guide NHC members toward a Spirit-led calling to
international missions—particularly among unreached
people groups. It aims to walk with Explorer mentees
through prayerful discernment, preparation, and
partnership, ultimately sending them to share the Gospel
across cultural and geographic boundaries.
what is the mission of Pathfinders?
To send Spirit-led, well-equipped laborers into the global harvest—partnering with and empowering local believers to make disciples of all nations, especially where the Gospel has yet to be heard.
Definitions:
Pathfinders: Experienced missionaries, former ministers, LifeLine partners, etc; Mentors.
Explorers: NHC members sensing a call to international missions and desiring to explore it intentionally; Mentees.
