Facing the Darkness with the Lord of Light

Since the Fall in Eden, darkness has threatened the life and joy of God’s people. Pandemic, war, inflation, disease, and strife are pieces of that darkness and, though we follow the Lord of Light, Christians are not immune to the resulting struggles that plague our hearts. Join us as Ed Welch shines light into the darkness of depression, anxiety, and shame by applying the rich treasures of the gospel, giving fresh hope to those who struggle.

Dr. Edward T. Welch (PhD, University of Utah) is a counselor and faculty member at the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation. He has been counseling for over thirty years and has written extensively on the topic of depression, fear, and addictions. He is the author of many books, including Depression: Looking Up from the Stubborn Darkness.
